GarnettWork Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of GarnettWork, operated by Damian Smith, doing business as GarnettWork (“GarnettWork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Service
GarnettWork provides tools that help users evaluate listings and, where available, prepare and send content to connected third-party platforms.
2. Using GarnettWork
You may use GarnettWork only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the information, listings, media, captions, publishing settings, and account connections you submit or authorize through the service.
You may not use GarnettWork to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Connected third-party accounts
Some GarnettWork features allow you to connect a third-party account, including TikTok. GarnettWork will request access only through the applicable platform’s authorization flow.
For the TikTok V1 integration, GarnettWork requests only user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. You may disconnect your TikTok account from GarnettWork at any time. Disconnecting ends the active GarnettWork connection and requests revocation of the associated TikTok authorization.
Your use of a connected third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, policies, and availability.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit to GarnettWork. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit, process, and publish that content.
When you request a connected-platform action, you authorize GarnettWork to process and transmit the relevant content only as needed to perform that action.
5. Changes to GarnettWork or these Terms
We may change GarnettWork or these Terms from time to time. If we update these Terms, we will post the revised version and update its effective date.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, subject to any applicable law that requires otherwise.
